Build Your Own View – Who's Appointments?
A great feature! Now you can see for yourself where your colleagues are on any day of the week to help you plan for meetings or call-backs for them more efficiently – two of the many uses for this feature. Just select a member of staff and view a custom dairy. Choose from selecting which negotiators, appointments or branches you would like to view in just one easy step.
Build Your Own View – What Type Of Appointment?
At AgentPro we like to help you save time and be more efficient as we know how demanding your jobs are on a day to day basis. To help speed your selection process along you can now select which appointment types you want to see by selecting 'type' of appointment. If you're only interested in sale appointments, then simply select 'all sales'!
Changing Our Appointment Intervals (Times Between Appointments)
Want to keep a more accurate diary and include accurate appointment interval times? Agents now have the ability to change the appointment interval times in just a few easy steps. Simply select your required interval time and press refresh to update – easy!
The interval times available for you to choose from include: 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
Preferred Layout
What dairy view do you prefer to see, 1 day? 7 days? Agents now have the ability to select a default diary view. We like to help customise our software to make it the most relevant it can be for our clients which is why we get such positive feedback.
Saving Your View For The Future...
Finished customising your diary view? Just select the save icon. Now, the next time you go into the diary, your filters, view and time intervals will automatically be applied!
