This week your AgentPro software has been updated with three additional functions.
Two of these allow you to build better relationships with your clients, and the other one saves you time
1. Email Vendors or Landlords Feedback From a Viewing
Whenever you add notes about a viewing, you can email the feedback directly to the vendor or landlord in one simple click from the toolbar. In addition, the emails you send are fully branded.
Just think how this standard of customer service will impress your customers.
What’s more, they could use the feedback to improve their chances of selling the house. And the more effectively they can sell, then the more likely you are to make commission.
2 Book A Viewing Directly From the Property Screen
Now you can book a viewing directly from the property details screen, thanks to a brand new drop down option on your toolbar.
All you need to do is select a date and AgentPro does the rest for you, automatically pulling in all the necessary property details needed to book the viewing.
Just think of the time and hassle you will save instead of having to revert back to the diary screen each time you wish to book a viewing.
3 Paste Button On All Forms
We’ve created a paste button which you can use to copy content into most text boxes.
Whereas before you had to right click to do this, now the only time you need to right click is when you take advantage of the new spell checker function.
