    At AgentPro, we’re always striving to make our already great software even better. Fresh from our test environment we have some great new features and updates, designed to make your estate agency run smoother and easier.

    Email Templates

    A well-designed, professional letter template is certainly creates a good impression, so why not carry over that good impression to your emails as well?

    Available from the home screen through the Tools menu, you now have the ability to create your own Email Templates. This section functions the same as Letter Templates, so if you’re already well-versed in that, setting up your emails should be a cinch. If you don’t know where to start, there are a number of options available just a click away on the Template Selection button.

    There are also a number of system email templates that are reserved and used by AgentPro, such as password reset emails. If this new system is good enough for us, it’s good enough for you too!

    Integrated Telephony

    Tired of looking up a number on your system and having to dial it manually? We know the feeling…

    In AgentPro, you will now see a phone icon next to any telephone number field. If you have integrated telecoms software, this will open up a new window that allows you to call direct from your PC. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a real time saver!

    Advanced Searching

    Ever had the perfect buyer in mind, but couldn’t remember exactly who they were? AgentPro has you covered, with a new Advanced Search option in our client matching screen.

    This allows you to perform a much more detailed search using clients’ preferences, such as property type or area. So, if you recall a particular client asking for a 3 bed, detached house in Windsor, you’ll be able to find them with ease!

    Diary Increments

    If you want your agency to run like clockwork, but don’t want to feel constantly “on the clock”, you can now change your default appointment time intervals by 5 minute increments. Simply let us know whether you want intervals of 10 minutes, 15, 20, or more, and we’ll do the rest.

    Move from a day of agents rushing between appointments to a more evenly spaced calendar, and focus on giving that all-important personal touch to your clients. Just bear in mind that any changes will affect the live calendar, so double-check there won’t be any potential clashes before requesting changes to the settings.

    Other Changes

    We have made plenty of other smaller improvements too, based on user feedback. Here is a quick list of improvements that have made this latest update:

    • User flags can now be set for automatic property photo uploads. When switched on, each new photo uploaded will automatically update the database
    • Staff Initials and Full Names can now be toggled in the diary as part of the diary options menu
    • New fields added for property details checked before a property can go on the market
    • Section 21 date option added to the financial screen of rental properties
    • Completion dates are now set to 1 week after the Exchange date by default
    • The Part Exchange option has been removed from the transaction type list in diary appointments and the dashboard
    • As well as property documents, additional documents can be added to client emails sent through AgentPro
    • Many new options available within Web Enquiries, including market appraisals; viewing feedback; property document uploads; offer updates; progression chain updates; new client registrations; client document uploads; and interactive notes
    • The word “Sign” has been changed to “Board” – this just makes more sense

    AgentPro Feedback
