AgentPro software has received further updating, with an abundance of improvements - all to make your life a whole lot easier.
The latest update includes improvements to the client matching facility.
Updating a property
A property must have four values:
- Town (e.g. London) - County/City: London, Manchester, Cardiff, etc.
- Area (e.g. Paddington) - Sub Area of a County/City: Paddington, Hyde Park, Chelsea, etc.
- Type (e.g. House) - Type of property your selling: House, Flat, etc.
- Style (e.g. Semi-Detached) - Style of property your selling: Semi-Detached, Detached, etc.
Examples of what not to do:
- List a Town as Paddington or Chelsea.
- List a Type of property type as Detached.

Updating a client
A client must have five values (basic recommendation:
- Number Of Bedrooms (e.g. Min 2) - Min, Max or exact number of bedrooms.
- Property Type (e.g. House) - Type of property they are looking to buy / rent: House, Flat, etc.
- Style (e.g. Mid Terrace) - Style of property they are looking to buy / rent: Detached, First Floor, etc.
- Town (e.g. London) - County/City: London, Manchester, Cardiff, etc.
- Areas (e.g. Paddington) - Sub Area of a County/City: Paddington, Hyde Park, Chelsea, etc.
