We’ve built a new function into your AgentPro software that will allow you to produce bulk letters via Microsoft Word in a single click of your mouse.
You will now be able to print a letter and send it out to multiple clients without having to manually enter each client’s details - therefore you’ll save yourself a significant amount of time and hassle. You can even create your own Microsoft Word template so the letter will look exactly how you want it to look, and you can use it to send any sort of message out to your existing and potential clients.
To produce the letters, all you have to do is follow 5 simple steps:
1) Select the clients you wish to send the letter to
2) Select “filter by post”
3) Select “switch”
4) Select “marketing – bulk post”
5) Select “letter template”
All you have to do is sit back and relax while the letters are generated. As soon as the process is complete, AgentPro will merge all of the letters into a single document so they are easily accessible from one place.
That’s all there is to it.
You have an automatically generated, professional looking letter which is directly addressed to each individual client and, perhaps more importantly, can be sent to however many clients you wish to write to. And the best thing is that all of this can be done in even less time than it would take you to make a cup of tea.
