Watermarking
One of our most popular new features is the ability to watermark images, so we’ve put together a more detailed guide to help you get to grips with it.
This tool will allow you to add a watermark to all your images, which has a number of benefits. It gets your agency’s logo in front of potential customers who are actively looking to move house and it also prevents your images being used elsewhere - either being linked to fraudulent or ‘ghost’ listings, or by another estate agent who may be instructed to sell the same property.
The watermarking feature will only work for any new image that is added – unfortunately it can’t be used on photos that have already been uploaded.
You can either choose to watermark all images by default, or you can manually select the ones that you’d like to watermark.
If you’d like to watermark all images as default, let us know and we’ll be able to set the type of watermark and the transparency you’d like.
The logo that will be shown is the one that’s on file, but if you would like to use a different image just let us know and we can sort that out for you.
There are four different styles that can be used, and you can also change the transparency setting.
Centre – This places the watermark on the centre of the image.
Single – We can place the watermark anywhere on the image, often in the bottom right corner. Please let us know exactly where you would like it to go.

The transparency of the watermark is measured from 0% where the logo is completely opaque, to 100% where the logo is completely transparent and cannot be seen.
